Plan where each holiday goes, year by year
Add your households and the occasions you share. You get a rota for the years you choose, a points count for each household, and a plan you can copy or print.
Your rota
Add an occasion in Setup to see your rota.
—
Tap any cell to lock it to a household. The other cells and later years are worked out again by the same rule, and the points update.
Years
Any years you like. Past years are optional: they start each household's points where your last few holidays left them.
Households
Two to four. Rename them as you like. Travel time each way is optional and only feeds the travel hours on the Points tab. Leave it empty for the home you host at.
Occasions
In the order you want them listed. Weight is how much an occasion counts, 1 by default. For example, set Christmas Day to 2 if it counts double for you. A day can be split into halves, such as Christmas Day morning and evening. "Always at" fixes an occasion to one household every year.
Past years
Who had each occasion in the years before the plan. Leave any cell as "Not entered" if you don't know.
Not available
A household that can't host in a given year, or for a given occasion. The rota skips it there, and later years are worked out by the same rule as always.

Co-parenting labels
For parents who share holidays with their children. Your parenting plan or court order comes first. This changes the labels only; the rota is worked out the same way. A third or fourth household keeps the name you typed, and every name you typed comes back when this is off.
