What does my home need, and when?

Pick what your home has and get a starter list of upkeep reminders. Enter when you last did each one, and you see what is overdue, what is due this month and what the year will cost. Nothing leaves this device.

How to use it (30 seconds)

  1. Open My home and tick what your home has. Each choice adds its starter tasks. Smoke and CO alarms are always on your list.
  2. Enter when you last did each task. The tool works out the next date and sorts everything into Overdue, This month and Next 90 days.
  3. When you finish a job, press Done today. The next date counts from the day you did it, so a late job moves the next date out.
  4. Year and costs shows each month's estimated cost. Frequencies and costs are a common starting point: edit any of them and check your manufacturer's guidance.
  5. Everything saves on this device. Use Export to keep a backup file and Import to load it on another device. Print gives you this month's checklist and a 12-month calendar.
