Short-Term Rental Host Profit TrackerMicromedia Digital

What does your rental really make?

Add each booking and your monthly costs. You get your profit after channel fees, cleaning, supplies and bills: per booking, per month and per night booked.

Your answer for the month

Profit

—

An estimate from the numbers you entered. Profit here is what's left after channel fees, per-stay costs, monthly costs and one-off costs. It isn't a tax figure.

Channel fee rates

Change a rate to see how this month's profit moves. This edits the same rates as Setup.

Nights available

Nights available are the days in the month. Subtract nights you blocked for owner stays or repairs, so occupancy is fair.

How to use it (60 seconds)

  1. Tap Load sample data to see a finished month. Then, under Channel fee rates on the Month tab (or in Setup), change Platform B's fee from 15% to 3% and watch the profit jump.
  2. For your own numbers, open Setup: name your property and your channels, and type each channel's fee the way your own account shows it. Then add your monthly costs on Costs.
  3. Add each stay on Bookings: dates, rate, cleaning fee charged and, if you have it, the payout you actually received. A payout you type replaces the computed one and the difference shows as other fees or adjustments.
  4. Month shows profit, profit per booked night, occupancy and your break-even nights. Year adds up the months. Print gives a one-page summary of the month or year you're looking at.
  5. Everything saves on this device automatically. Use Export to keep a backup file, and Import to load it on another device.

Add a booking

Leave blank to use the computed payout. If you type one, it replaces the computed payout and the difference is shown as other fees or adjustments.

Recorded for your records only. Not counted in revenue, payouts or profit.

Leave a per-stay cost blank to use the property's default shown inside the box.
