Plan a month of posts on one grid

Add your channels and how often you want to post. Drop posts onto days, and the counter keeps each caption under its channel's limit. You see what's ready and what's still missing.

Creates linked copies, each as an idea, so you can write each one fresh. They start on the first date with that weekday on or after this post's date.

Move to date

How to use it (60 seconds)

  1. Open Setup. Check your channels, their character limits and how many posts a week you want on each. Or press Load sample data to see an example first.
  2. Press Add a post, or the plus on a day. Pick the channels, write a caption for each, and set a status from idea to posted. Drag a post to another day on a computer, or use Move to date on a phone.
  3. The counter under each caption counts the caption, two line breaks and your hashtags. It turns red and says how many characters you're over. Platforms can count emoji and links differently, so leave yourself some room.
  4. The top block shows posts planned against your goal, how many are ready (designed, scheduled or posted) and how many are still to fill. Goals shows the weeks that are short.
  5. Everything saves on this device automatically and nothing is sent anywhere. Export month as CSV gives a file for your scheduling tool. Use Export to keep a backup, and Import to load it on another device.

This is a planner. It doesn't post for you, and it makes no promises about followers, reach or income. Character limits are editable starting points, so check each platform's current limit.
