Paste a list
A head table is just another table: name it and give it its own seat count. The shape (round or long) only changes how the table is labelled on the printed chart.

Guests with the same party name are always checked as a unit, and Fill remaining seats keeps them together. Change a party name on the guest.

Groups and sides
Rename or remove any of these, and add your own. Fill remaining seats uses the group to seat people with others from the same group.

These appear as columns on the caterer sheet.
