Who you're buying from

micromediadigital.com is run by micromediadigital, trading as Micromedia Digital ("we"). Contact: support@micromediadigital.com.

What you get: a single-user license

When you buy a tool, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person to download the file and use it on their own devices, for their own use, for as long as they like. You also get fixes to the version you bought.

What you may not do

• Share, resell, sublicense, give away or redistribute the file, or post it where others can download it.
• Use it as part of a product or service you sell to others.
• Remove the copyright or license notices.

The tools, their design and their text remain our property.

Prices, payment and delivery

• Prices are in US dollars and are one-time payments. There is no subscription.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Any taxes are shown at checkout.
• After payment you get a download link on the confirmation page and by email. The download link works for 30 days; if you lose it, email us and we'll send a new one. You also get an app link that installs the tool on your phone, tablet or computer; it has no time limit and stops working if the order is refunded or disputed.

Refunds

If a tool doesn't help you, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you. The details are in our refund policy. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.

Not professional advice

Our tools record and add up the numbers you enter. Their results are estimates based on your inputs and on simple assumptions (for example, a fixed interest rate and on-time payments in the debt planner). They are not financial, tax, legal, educational, health, nutrition or other professional advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.

What the tools don't do

• Money and budgeting tools (the Debt Payoff What-If Planner, Christmas Gift Budget & List, No-Spend & Low-Buy Year Tracker, Wedding Budget: Who Pays What, Reseller Profit Calculator and Maker Price & Profit Calculator) work only with your own numbers. They don't recommend lenders, debt consolidation, insolvency or any other financial product or decision. Platform fee rates in the reseller and maker calculators are editable examples; check each platform's current rates. The reseller tool's year-end summary is descriptive and is not tax advice.
• Freelance Rate & Tax Set-Aside: the set-aside percentage and due dates are yours to set. The tool doesn't calculate tax, estimate what you owe or choose a tax rate for you; ask a tax professional.
• Exam Study Planner: a planning tool only. It makes no pass guarantees and no claims about official exam weightings; follow your exam board's official guidance.
• Habit Tracker 2027: a habit log. It makes no health claims and isn't medical advice.
• Meal Plan to Grocery List: plans and lists only. It gives no nutrition, calorie, allergy or medical-diet advice; check ingredients and labels yourself if anyone you cook for has an allergy or a special diet.

Your data and backups

Everything you type into a tool stays in your browser on your device; we never receive it. Clearing your browser data can delete it, so use the tool's Export button to keep backups. We aren't responsible for data lost on your device.

Warranty and liability

We make the tools carefully and fix reported errors, but they are provided "as is", without any warranty that they are error-free or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a tool's results, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the tool concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you protections that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one in force on the day you bought. See also our privacy policy.
