How do I open it?
Download the single HTML file and open it in any browser on your phone or computer. It needs no internet, no account and no app install.
Where is my data stored, and how do I back it up?
Everything is saved in your browser on that device and never sent anywhere. Use Export to save a backup file, and Import to load it on another phone or computer.
How is rows a day worked out?
It's the rows you have left divided by the days left until the deadline, rounded up. Today counts as a day and the deadline day does not. If you enter how many rows you do in an hour, it also shows about how many minutes a day that is.
How does it know if I have enough yarn?
You link a stash yarn to a project and enter the yards the project needs. It adds your whole skeins plus any partial skein (by weight) and compares. If you're short it tells you how many more skeins to buy, based on that yarn's yards per skein. It uses the numbers you enter, so check your pattern and yarn label too.
Can I store photos or patterns?
No. It keeps your files small and your data safe on your device, so there's a photo location note field instead. You can type the pattern name and where you found it, but it doesn't store patterns or read charts.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Each tool is a single file that opens in the browser on any iPhone, Android phone, tablet or computer. There's no app to install.
Where do my numbers go?
Nowhere. Everything you type stays on your own device. The tools work offline and never send your data anywhere.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the file. Fixes to the version you bought are free.
