Does it work on a phone or tablet?
Yes. It's built for phones first, with big tap targets, and it works the same on a tablet or computer. Once you have the file it needs no app and no internet connection.
How does it work out the allowance?
You choose a pay method for each child. Pay per chore adds up the dollar value of chores done. Points multiplies points by your dollars per point, up to an optional weekly maximum. Set allowance multiplies a weekly amount by chores done over chores assigned. Each child can round to the cent, the nearest $0.25 or the nearest $1.
Can I add as many kids and chores as I like?
Yes, there's no limit on kids or chores. A chore can be set for any days of the week, and a chore like taking out the trash can rotate between kids each week.
Does it hold or send real money?
No. It keeps score and shows what each child has earned and what's in their save, spend and give jars. You pay them however you normally do, then tap Mark paid.
Can I back it up or move it to another device?
Yes. Everything is saved on your own device and nothing is sent anywhere. Use Export to save a backup file and Import to load it on another phone or tablet.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Each tool is a single file that opens in the browser on any iPhone, Android phone, tablet or computer. There's no app to install.
Where do my numbers go?
Nowhere. Everything you type stays on your own device. The tools work offline and never send your data anywhere.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the file. Fixes to the version you bought are free.
