Questions
Does it know Etsy's current fees?
No. The fee tables start with example rates and are labeled as such. Check your platform's current rates and edit them in the Fees tab. Every rate is yours to change.
Can I price a batch, like 12 cupcakes, and get the price for each one?
Yes. Enter the materials and minutes for the whole batch, set Makes to 12, and the price shown is for each item.
Does it handle weights and baking measures?
Yes. Buy flour by the kilo and use 225 g, or buy butter by the pound and use 8 oz. It also converts cups, tablespoons, teaspoons, fluid ounces, milliliters and liters. It does not convert between weight and volume, because that depends on the ingredient.
Does it calculate tax, or promise what I will earn?
It does not calculate tax. The price is an estimate from the numbers you type in, not a promise of sales or profit.
Where is my data kept, and can I move it to another device?
Only on your own device, in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere. Use Export to save a backup file and Import to load it on another phone or computer.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Each tool is a single file that opens in the browser on any iPhone, Android phone, tablet or computer. There's no app to install.
Where do my numbers go?
Nowhere. Everything you type stays on your own device. The tools work offline and never send your data anywhere.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the file. Fixes to the version you bought are free.
