What you get
- Every bill placed on the paycheck that comes on or before its due date, with real dated paychecks so 3-paycheck months (every 2 weeks) and 5-paycheck months (weekly) are always right
- Unlimited pay sources and bills with drop-downs for category and how often (monthly, every N weeks, every 3, 6 or 12 months, or one time)
- What's left from each paycheck and a running balance, with plain-words status: OK, short but covered, or short and not covered
- Tick bills as you pay them and see what's still to pay from this check; move a bill to an earlier paycheck when you want to
- Month view, a one-page print for your next 6 paychecks, and a phone-first screen with no spreadsheet app, no locked cells and no account
Who it's for
People paid weekly, every two weeks, twice a month or monthly, who want to see which check covers rent and the big bills, and which payday will run out early. Works for one earner, or for a couple with two pay sources.

Questions
Is this financial advice?
No. It is a planning tool based on the amounts and dates you enter. Banks can post pay and bills on different days, so treat it as a plan, not a guarantee. It never tells you which bills to pay late or skip.
Does it work offline, and is my data private?
Yes. It is a single file you download and open in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere. Your numbers are saved on your own device only, and there is no account to make.
What about months with three paychecks, or a partner's pay?
Paychecks are real dated paydays, not a formula, so a month with 3 biweekly checks or 5 weekly checks is always right, and the tool tells you which months they are. Add a partner's pay or a side job as another pay source. Paychecks that land on the same day are combined.
Can I change one paycheck, or move a bill to an earlier check?
Yes. Any single paycheck's date or amount can be changed (for a holiday shift or hourly pay), and any bill can be moved to an earlier paycheck. A bill is never placed on a paycheck dated after its due date. Moves are remembered.
How do I keep a backup or move it to my phone?
Use Export to save a backup file, then open the planner on the other device and use Import to load it. Your pay, bills, ticks and moves come across exactly.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Each tool is a single file that opens in the browser on any iPhone, Android phone, tablet or computer. There's no app to install.
Where do my numbers go?
Nowhere. Everything you type stays on your own device. The tools work offline and never send your data anywhere.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the file. Fixes to the version you bought are free.
