What you get
- A years-by-occasions rota for 3 to 10 years you choose, built by one stated rule so you can see why each cell landed where it did
- Tap any cell to lock it to a household; the other cells and later years are worked out again by the same rule, and the points update live
- Two to four households with your own names, optional weights for bigger occasions, and optional history from up to 3 past years
- Always-at occasions and not-available rules by household, year or occasion, plus points, counts per occasion and travel hours a year
- Copy the plan as text for a message or email, print a one-page plan, and keep it all on your device with backup and restore
Who it's for
Couples with two or more sets of parents, and co-parents who share holidays, who want the plan for the next few years written down in one place instead of worked out again each autumn.

Questions
How does it decide who gets each occasion?
For each year, cells you locked and occasions set to always be at one household go first. The rest are taken heaviest first, and each goes to the available household with the fewest points so far. If points are level, it goes to the household that has had that occasion the fewest times, then to one that did not have it last year, then to your household order. Points come first; the tie steps spread each occasion around when points are level. The rule is written out in How to use.
What are points?
Each occasion has a weight you set, 1 by default. A household's points are the weights of the occasions it has, added up, with any past years you entered counted first. Points count what is on the page. They are not a verdict on anything.
Can I use it for co-parenting?
There is a setting that labels the first two households Parent A's time and Parent B's time and adds the line that your parenting plan or court order comes first. It changes the labels only, and the rota is worked out the same way. It is a planning aid. It is not legal, custody or relationship advice, and it makes no suggestions about who should have the children.
Does it work for any years?
Yes. You type the first year and pick 3 to 10 years. Nothing is tied to the current year, and the sample starts at next year. You can also enter up to 3 past years so the points start where your last holidays left them.
