What you get

Questions
Does it need an internet connection or an account?
No. It is a single file you download and open in any browser, on your phone or computer. It works offline, there is no login, and nothing you type leaves your device.
Does it come with fee rates for the booking sites I use?
No. You name your own channels and type the fee your own statements show: a percent of the nightly total plus the cleaning fee, a percent of the nightly total only, a fixed amount per booking, or no fee. A blank fee is never treated as zero, and if a payout differs from the computed one you can type the payout you received.
How does it work out profit and break-even?
Profit is payouts minus per-stay costs, monthly fixed costs and one-off costs. Break-even nights are your monthly fixed costs divided by what an average booked night leaves after per-stay costs, rounded up. Taxes a channel collected and sent on are recorded but not counted. It is arithmetic on your own numbers, not a tax figure.

How do I back up my data or move it to another device?
Use Export in the top bar to save a backup file, and Import on the other device to load it. Your data is saved in the browser on the device you use, so exporting a backup now and then is a good habit. You can also download bookings and costs as CSV.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Each tool is a single file that opens in the browser on any iPhone, Android phone, tablet or computer. There's no app to install.
Where do my numbers go?
Nowhere. Everything you type stays on your own device. The tools work offline and never send your data anywhere.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the file. Fixes to the version you bought are free.
