Who it's for

Questions
Does it include my school district's calendar?
No. You type each break's name and first and last day from your district calendar, so it always matches your own school. Only Monday to Friday count.
What does the gap helper do?
It works from the PTO balances you type in and shows, as an option, when a parent's PTO left is enough to cover a run of uncovered weekdays, for example 'Riley has 3 PTO days left, enough to cover Aug 18-20'. It is arithmetic only and never says who should take the days.
Can each child have different cover?
Yes. Give one child a camp and another a grandparent on the same day. A day counts as uncovered if any child has no one, and the grid names which child.
I'm separated. Does it help?
There is an optional setting that lets you label each covered day with which parent's care it is and shows a day count and percentage per parent. A parent's PTO days and regular days off count as that parent's care; every other day uses the label you pick. It covers only the school-break weekdays you enter, makes no suggestions about splits, and is a scheduling aid. Your parenting plan or court order comes first.
Is my data private, and can I move it to another phone?
Everything stays on your device, with no account and nothing sent anywhere. Press Export to save a backup file, then Import on another device to load it.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Each tool is a single file that opens in the browser on any iPhone, Android phone, tablet or computer. There's no app to install.
Where do my numbers go?
Nowhere. Everything you type stays on your own device. The tools work offline and never send your data anywhere.
Is there a subscription?
