Who it's for

Questions
Does it need an internet connection or an account?
No. It's a single file that runs in your browser, offline, so it works abroad too. There's no login, and nothing you type leaves your device.
Does it look up live exchange rates?
No. You type each rate yourself, such as 1 EUR = 1.10 USD, and can change it any time. Everything converts again at once. Check your bank's rate.
How is the weekly savings amount worked out?
It's what's left to fund (the planned total, minus what you've already paid, minus what you've saved) divided by the whole weeks until your first day, rounded up to the whole dollar. It's plain arithmetic, with no interest or promises.
How does the group split work?
Each traveler's fair share is worked from what was actually spent, equally or by percentages you choose. The tool shows who paid what and a short list of payments to settle up, rounded to the cent.
Will I lose my trip if I close the page?
No. It saves automatically on this device. Use Export to keep a backup file, and Import to load that backup on another phone or computer.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Each tool is a single file that opens in the browser on any iPhone, Android phone, tablet or computer. There's no app to install.
Where do my numbers go?
Nowhere. Everything you type stays on your own device. The tools work offline and never send your data anywhere.
Is there a subscription?
