What you get
- One exercise per screen with big +/- steppers, a one-tap "same as last set", warm-up flags and a note on every set and session
- Your own progression rule per exercise (rep range, fixed reps or a reps goal): the next target is worked out from last time and always labelled "Your rule", and you can overwrite it
- Any exercise you like: weight x reps, bodyweight reps with optional added weight, or timed holds, with an editable library and no pre-made programs
- Live plate calculator (per side, closest load, lb or kg), records for heaviest weight, reps at a weight, estimated 1-rep max (a formula estimate, not a test or a target) and session volume, and a progress chart per exercise
- Counts sessions in the last 7 and 28 days instead of streaks; optional rest timer, lb or kg, JSON backup, CSV download and printable routine cards
Who it's for
Home and gym lifters and calisthenics people starting or restarting a program, and anyone leaving an app that's too rigid or a spreadsheet that's awkward on a phone. It is a log: it doesn't give medical or training advice.

Questions
How do I open it?
Download the single HTML file and open it in any browser on your phone or computer. It needs no internet, no account and no app install.
Does it tell me what weight to lift?
No. This is a workout log. It doesn't give medical or training advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program. You set your own rule for each exercise (for example, add 5 lb when you hit 12 reps on every set), and the log applies that rule to what you logged last time. You can overwrite any target.
What does "progressive overload" mean here?
It names what the log does with your own rule: when you reach the reps you chose on every set, your next target goes up by the amount you chose. You pick the rule and every number in it; the log doesn't pick them for you. The two sample routines are example data, not a recommended program.
Can I add my own exercises, including bodyweight ones?
Yes. Add any exercise with a name, a type (weight x reps, reps only with optional added weight, or time in seconds) and a note. There is no cap on exercises, routines or sessions.
Where is my data stored, and how do I back it up?
Everything is saved in your browser on that device and never sent anywhere. Use Export to save a backup file, and Import to load it on another phone or computer. Settings also has Download sets as CSV.
Can I use kilograms?
Yes. Choose lb or kg in Settings. Changing it later converts every logged weight, rounded to 0.1, after you confirm.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Each tool is a single file that opens in the browser on any iPhone, Android phone, tablet or computer. There's no app to install.
Where do my numbers go?
Nowhere. Everything you type stays on your own device. The tools work offline and never send your data anywhere.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the file. Fixes to the version you bought are free.
